Food was great. Wait was extremely long. The restaurant was messy. The whole 2 hours we were there, no one cleaned the tables... shown in pic. The service was great but the servers are definitely overworked. More staff is needed for this place to be better.There was 2 servers this night and one of them seem to be doing more than the other: our server was running around doingmultiple things at once and the other not so much. This review is actually for the "Wild Burger" portion of BWW, in DailyCity, Ca, at the Serramonte Center. We ordered food for... the family from an online menu that posts some pretty decent pictures. We ordered the Smoke Brisket Burger and fries withvarious toppings. We picked it up, so there was really no wait time. Let me say when the food got home, it took everything in menot to go back. The food is TRASH, GARBAGE, HORRIBLE. The servings were small, the burgers were burnt, and hard, however it waslathered with sauce, so we didn't taste the charred burgers until we bit into them. The potato wedges were so dry, and had somuch season salt on them, my mouth was hot the moment I ate one. I don't know who made the food, but they need their...well youknow what kicked, and I mean kicked good. It's fine, cause they will never have to worry about us again. Sitting there for a while. Observing the entire restaurant, especially to the Customers who were waiting in the reception-couch... area for over 10min, thinking they might be waiting for a take-away and it wasn?t, plenty of table available and the Receptionlady took that long to sit the customers?! Couldn?t believe, then another 5min for someone to serve and bring the menu. Then,other two customers come in and have them wait, for another +10min for a table? Employees must not be motivated to work, notattentive at all i must say. Read more

Service was ok. The lady barely stopped to check on us. We had to ask for refills by the time we got them we were ready to... leave. The staff was standing around by the restroom on the phone while we were waiting for our waiter to help us. They have somuch potential but will never come back here again. My Brisket Ultimate nachos were ultimate chips and jalapeños. less than1oz cheese and 1oz brisket. The wings were great but just not worth my money to drive from Napa to get horrible food. Read more
Way understaffed as I see almost all the tables still littered and uncleared full of dirty tables and refuse. I had to clear my... own table and wipe it down. Hot chicken sandwich was thin, small and spicy but not anything I would order again. Natural cutfries and beer battered onion rings eye much better but were just warm. Decent selection of craft beers. Service was friendlyalthough first beer was a mistake. Plenty of TVs playing sports and a fun interactive online bar trivia competing againsteveryone nationally.
