My niece and I ordered delivery. Upon opening the bag, both ice cream cups had fallen over and knocked off the top. One of the... cups had spilled almost all of the ice cream. Lousy Customer Service from a server named Isabella. She stated that the fill-in I was looking for was not available. Though,... the fill-in was clearly in a jar right next to the other fill-ins(shown in the picture provided). She outright told me, "Oh,that's just a display." Then proceeds to grab me Nestle Crunch Bar pieces in the "display" area. I think she gave me expiredfill-ins just to sass me and my ice cream tasted like it had cardboard in it. I had ordered a tall dark and delicious ice cream cake for my wife about 4 days ago. I asked for them to write something on the... cake I had ordered. When I got there to pick up the cake turns out they never prepared it. It had no writing and on top of thatthey asked me if I wanted in the cake. Turns out they were out of the writing frosting. So basically I have to go to safeway andbuy it and do it myself only because management at this location was to lazy to buy supplies and attend a paying customersneeds. Good as can be expected for a well known franchise, but the interior isn't very comfortable or spacious for dining in. The... location is not ideal for much besides local patronage or for people coming from or going to the movie theater. Service wasfriendly and competent. Read more
