My first meal after getting off a 13-hour flight to SFO! This place is my friend's go-to sandwich place (as they live in Daly)... and my friend's husband chose the Matt Cain for me and I did like it - the Dutch crunch is new to me and I would love to scoff aplain slice of it lathered with butter! Anywho, the content of the Matt Cain is nice and meaty but I have to say the sandwichhad a hint of sweetness, which I wasn't a fan of. I like my sammies savoury so am not sure if it was the bread or the sauce. I'dgo back and try another sandwich for sure though. I feel like it'd go well with a side of salty chips or even a gherkin(pickle). Read more

I have been ordering online from this location for about 5 years now, and for the first few years, everything was great. The... last couple years, my order has never been right. I understand when things are sold out, but it always gets arbitrarily swappedout for something I can't eat, sometimes because of a food allergy, when I was never contacted about alternatives. And half thetime, items are missing entirely. The food I receive that I can eat is still good, but if I order something, I should receivewhat I ordered, or be asked if I would like something else instead if it is unavailable. Read more
Hot sandwiches are the trend here. Lots of different varieties of sandwiches with famous names. We ordered Jeremy... stoppelman,Madison bumgarner and the matt cain. All were very good. Everyone sandwich had a signature sauce. Sandwiches averageprice was $10ea and that about average these days. Remember to ask for the apple caramel lollipops (free). Read more

Great Sandwiches that have some funky, hip jive turkey names! Get it...jive turkey because it is a sandwich establishment!... :) This is my two cents about the wait time @ the new Serramonte location. If they expect people to go back for more and bereturning customers in a location surrounded by so much competition, they need some management guidance. There are many othercompetitors in the area such as Mr. Pickles, Safeway, Subway and In-N-Out. They will need to pick up the slack if Ike's Love andSandwiches expects to get my business. Don't think I'm going back. Tried it 3x... The selection is really weak...85% of their sandwiches are chicken. 10 minutes to get... our sandwiches... In an empty restaurant... Front door was wide open making it very VERY cold inside. Read more
