Fairly nice new McDonald's. Service is very slow though, and the staff needed prompting to provide napkins and ketchup which are... standard at other locations. They also ran out of cups somehow. Basically, people go here if the line at in n out down thestreet is too long. Read more
Charged me for wrong orders. Yelling in the kitchen about 6 times to correct the order. And then didn't give me something I... ordered. They didn't know how to correct the charges on the register, so just rough estimates the difference and gave me incash. I accepted to save time and frustration. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband & I have tried our best to give this McDonald?s location a chance since it is... literally down the street. But each time we go, we always experience an unnecessary headache & instant regret that we went tothis location and not another one. Some examples of the things that have happened: - we ordered a large chicken sandwich mealwith an extra order of fries on the side. After checking our bag at the 2nd window we discovered we were missing one order offries. The worker really tried to argue with us & insisted we had only paid for one fries. He ended up apologizing for hismistake & giving us what we ordered. -my husband wanted a milkshake with two flavors (half chocolate and half vanilla) and wastold that was not allowed. If you want two flavors , you would need to order 2 separate milkshakes apparently. Something I haveNEVER experienced at any McDonald?s location EVER. -workers at the second window don?t say ONE word to you. Not even a ? thankyou ? or ? have a good night ?. They stare at you blankly like unblinking robots. No type of customer service at all -ordertakers always in a rush to get you to the window. I?ve ordered ONE item and started trying to order more items only to beinterrupted in the process by a rude ?OKAY THAT?LL BE ???. I?ve had to match their energy & yell back ?I?m not doneyet!? -workers looking clueless when you ask questions or call them out on their errors. It seems like the majority of the staffdon?t speak English or if they do , know very little - As of 10/21 not sure if it is just this location, but they?ve changedthe sizes for their fries and McFlurry?s. No one pays attention to you when you?re ordering inside. Nobody is in the register and no one wants to look at you when trying... to get their attention. I only ordered coffee and it took ten minutes to get it. Read more
Long drive thru line, long counter line, but the staffs and the male manager were doing a pretty good job! I made a special... request for my order (eggs and pancakes) and it was given perfectly! This is how I always remembered mcdonalds service! Thankyou for a job well done!???? Read more
First of all they crammed my whole order into one bag. I then had to ask the cashier for another bag with handles, even that... seemed like a hard task for them to figure out. Also by the time my daughter and I got home her kids meal wasn't even in there.This place straight blows. It's McDonald's I don't expect much anyway. Read more
If you want McDonald's, you're better off going elsewhere. The kitchen staff barely know what they're doing, almost always... forget a few things in your order if it's more than 3 items, and they don't even look at you even if you're standing at thefront and asking for help. Food is always consistent with other McDonald's but service is incompetent. Read more
