The guy that initially greeted me was very nice and had cool penmanship. He got my order correct and was good about how I... wanted my pizza before it went into the oven. But when I went to pay, the girl over there wasn't as welcoming and I could feelit. My pizza was great but the customer service by the cashier affects my ratings to make it just a 4 stars. Has she beenfriendlier, I would have gave it 5. We opted to sit outside because of her weak customer service. Read more

Great Pizza. Cauliflower crust was super good. Vegetarian italian sausage was really good. Must try. Staff was really nice.
Like the concept, customizing your own pizza. Could see how it can be fun for some. As for taste, it was ok. Can't really say it... was memorable. And as for quick, not so much, if behind someone indecisive or requiring lot of "customizations." :-) Read more
This place used to be really good when our family would go to shop around Serramonte, but something has happened in the last... year and it?s inedible now. We ordered a pizza and Greek salad and the salad came out like a salad you?d get from a gas stationthat was made a week ago. The lettuce was wilted to the point of being slimy. We asked them if we could get something else andwe settled on a Caesar salad and it was just as bad. Lettuce must?ve been frozen at some point and the tomatoes were soggy anddisgusting. The best part of the salad was the pre made croutons. Service used to be really good as well, but now it?s run bywhat seems like high schoolers who have no leader in the building to help them. Every question is met with a puzzled look andscrambling to get someone to help them. Also, one guy looked like he just got out of basketball practice and went to work.
