This store Customer Service was really suck, today we order thg drink and popcorn chicken, waited 45 minutes. Buy the time... popcorn chicken was ready they give all to others those are come later after we order so when we talk to the lady she wasrespond with Anger it make me really mad and we cancel our order. Honestly whoever runs this franchise should not have a business. I've went here twice at posted opening hours with them being... close. First time, I even saw the lady in there and she just waved me off. The service level is also consistently bad. Whoeverworks there looks like they are being forced to work. Read more
This Quickly is ok. The music plays too loud and it is hard to hear the cashier. The cashier is a bit harsh when speaking but... sometimes is nice. The food is freshly made so that's a plus. Read more
They had really authentic drinks that I used to have in Taiwan (flavor and the ratio of my Taro slush was 100% the same). Also,... a wide variety of snacks you could choose. The floor was sticky, and I would really much rather go to another Quickly other than here. I ordered the blueberry milk tea and... it didnt taste so much like blueberry. I chose it just to see if any of the unpopular drinks were any better. Uhm, they knew itwasn?t right away by the way the cashier reacted. When this Quickly's opened up more than ten years ago, I didn't expect more Quickly's boba shops to pop up all over the Bay... Area. This specific location used to be my go-to until it became too crowded with students from nearby schools and cleanlinessof the business flew out the door. Quickly's in the Westlake Shopping Center has lots of parking, but if you don't want to walkfar, then i bid you good luck. This location is right next to a laundromat and other businesses, so people occupy these parkingspaces fairly quickly. In terms of the menu items, I would like to note that prices have increased, especially for their snackitems such as popcorn chicken and takoyaki. It's still tasty, but people are mainly here for the boba drinks. If you don't wanttapioca, you can opt for jelly. My go-to is Jasmine Milk Tea with popping strawberry boba. Don't knock it till you try it. Interms of food, i like ordering popcorn chicken or cheese sticks. Read more
