Not really anything good can be said about this location Wait times are religiously 30 mins, execution of orders is barley ever... what there suppose to be and customer serive is lacking...lobby is always closed and never have enough employees..this storedefinitely needs new management Read more
The staff they do have seems like they try really hard to keep up but they always seem short handed and lobby is closed all the... time. This Dunkin? Great coffee as usual. Prices weren't bad either. Their coolattas were a big hit with my friend as well. Good variety. They... are staffing challenged like most businesses these days. Their hours were limited and only the drive thru open because ofstaffing issues. Glad they still had hazelnut coffee. Read more
Great dunkin place in my opinion, all my food came out quickly and tasted good.
Not a good experience. Tried to order frozen coffee, was told they were out, pulled to the drive thru to see them hand the car... in front of us a frozen coffee. Asked the woman about it, tried to tell us it was a lemonade when clearly it was frozen coffeewith whip cream. The woman was very rude, and didn't appreciate being lied too. Tried to call to speak to a manager and was hungup on. Won't be using thus Dynkin again. Read more
