I just ordered my regular from here and am ever so pleased with my new location of "PAPA MURPHY'S". I spoke to Mackenna, and as... always for this location, she was fantastic, very helpful, pleasant and seemed happy to be there. She took my order and helpedwith getting me my pizza with the correct size and toppings with a smile, very efficient and without any issues, its justrefreshing to be helped by an employee that's "happy" to help. What happened to the pricing? I usually went here because it was a decent price for decent pizza, but with the recent price hike... I can't justify spending so much cash for such average quality. On top of that, since when are the employees meant to receive aminimum tip for making the pizza? I'm not against tipping but something is odd about this randomly being added on top of theother absurd prices. Also, what's with the lack of call-in orders? Read more

I live in Damascus Or. I never go to any other locations because not convenience. I have to tell you. The staff there are... incredible. Especially with covid and the fires. They are always friendly and calm even when I see 20 tickets across the board.Thank you for helping the community when we are to lazy, tired, or a little irritated with life to cook. My family and I love the pizza here!! The employees are always very kind, and tonight their customer service was extra... exceptional. I was having difficulty ordering from my phone with only 30 minutes to close. The two girls who were closing workedwith me and were able to quickly put my order together and have it out the door right before closing. They were fantastic!! We don't eat pizza very often and when we do we like to change the kind up so it is not the same old thing every time. But I... find we have never gotten bored with Papa Murphy's because there seems to be something new to try quite often. I won't say thatwe have loved everything we have ever gotten from them because it would not be true. But we find that the biggest reason forthis is usually the person who is putting it together. I know they have a standard amount for each pizza and it is not that wehave received "extra" amounts of cheeses or meats without asking and paying for them. But it is when they are not trying so hardto keep it at or below what the recipe calls for that the best pizzas come out. An employee who knows the pizza and its recipeand who can just go through and add the just right amount of an item as they are putting it together, is one who will usuallyhave a satisfied and returning customer. And when something new hits the menu, like the BLT pizza we tried the other night, itis so nice to feel like it tasted the way it was meant to taste. To look at it, you might feel that they skimped on the toppingsbecause of its looks. But the white garlic sauce for a base and the bacon and tomatoes are just a little plain in the grab yadepartment. Then the fresh spinach scattered around the top, well it gives a look of something was left off. But that allchanges once you bite into it. I feel that it had pretty much a perfect blend and amount of each item for a taste that wasdefinitely BLT. For those who are not much if a spinach fan, I did not find that flavor stood out as much as blended in with theothers. And it was so much more filling than it looked like it would be. In short, it was a win in the we will order it againdepartment. If you like the kind of pizza that is just what it is described to be, no more, no less, try the BLT. I think youwill like it. Read more
