Really good food with friendly service! Hubs and I stopped in for lunch and were impressed. We ordered the spring rolls to... share. The noodles were fresh and not dry at all like most I\'ve had. The peanut sauce that comes with them is made from scratchand quite good!\n\nI ordered the Vietnamese Iced Coffee and it\'s the best I\'ve ever had with the right balance of flavors. Thepork Bhan Mi is really good! The bread is lightly crispy on the outside but still soft and firm. The pork meat and paté is wellcooked and seasoned. The peppers can be quite hot as expected, but the whole sandwich overall is one I\'ll definitely orderagain.\n\nHubs got the Beef Noodle Soup Special. He said it\'s good for being gourmet but not what he expected. None the less,we will definitely be back for more. Give this place a try! Read more
We were excited for this place to open and happy to say it was worth the wait! We ordered the Pho and it was delicious. The... broth tasted fresh and had the perfect amount of flavor. The Pho “special” comes with a bone in rib which was very good.Prices are typical for the Happy Valley area, and I would say much worth it. Read more
Discovered “Pho Cuon” as appetizer”. This is a good alternative to “goi cuon”. Was told it was the owner’s... wife’s creation. This is my new favorite! Thank you. It is exciting Happy Valley is getting more restaurants. Besides thegood menu, we paid close attention the cleanliness ( bathrooms, employees washing hands, cleaning tables for turnovers etc.)and service. I appreciate the place met all these parameters. Being empty nesters, we seldom cook at home. Pho bar is onour list of restaurants to return to. Read more
Edit:\n\nThe portion seems off today. The bowl comes in “half” size, and the noodles were very small.\n\n——\nInitially... heard about their coffee and it did not disappointed. Ordered the Special Pho (with the 8-hr broth), the entire experience isgreat. There is the tender beef (ribeye I believe) served raw so it doesn\'t get overcooked after put in the soup. The back ribis great. The portion is reasonable to its price. The taste of the soup is well balanced for me.\n\nThe ice coffee could be aluxurious treat :-) Will go back to try other dishes. Read more
