This location CONSISTENTLY gives me hot, soggy, unseasoned garbage? I mean fries. They are gross and it makes you kinda upset... when you?re spending 5 bucks on a little thing of fries. They also jack up the prices apparently. Go to the one in San JuanCap. I will now just avoid this location like the plague. Read more
The dining room is not open which means that the drive thru is full and the service is slow. While my kid waited for her... nuggies...I walked to del taco...ordered and used restroom. Got my order and walked back as still my wife and kid were stillwaiting in line. Read more
Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I can understand if there's difficulties with the headsets and the drive thru screen is... not working. But to drive forward, give the manager your order, and the kitchen staff continue making your order incorrect isnothing short of terrible service. We pulled up, got our drinks, and were asked to park. I thought this logical, to give themtime to correct the meals. Nope! Ten seconds later, we were brought 2 bags with 3 incorrect and poorly made sandwiches, nosauce, no napkins, and the guy who brought them out bolted back inside without saying hardly a word to us. Great service from Esmeralda, Kitchen made a mistake with my order and she brought it all the way to the table instead I pick it... up from the pick up designed area. Then I started realizing her how she deal with the customers because of her wellbehaviors. She greeted the customers when they come in. And she was very patient with young rude customer and she still keptcalm and provided excellent service.
