One of our entrées tasted like burnt plastic. Server was not pleasant in general. Wontons came out sans filling. Everything... else was fairly delicious, the ratio of protein to vegetable was way off imo. Read more

This place is about average. The booths were aged and dirty. The food was average Chinese food. The service was good. Not a... bad experience but I won't return. I did enjoy the eggrolls. But that was the highlight. Read more

Not all their foods are good!! Their cashew chicken is really bad, so strange. Also, I didn't like the sweet and sour soup with... big prawns in it. The Mongolian beef is good but where is the crispy rice on top?? I lived in SF bay area most of my life soextremely familiar with yummy chinese. Read more

Restaurant looks good, but the food is very bland and has no real taste. I have had the same dishes in other restaurants and... they were far better. Read more

Finally, Chinese food on West Coast thats pretty close to East coast style. It was a picture of an egg roll posted by a... reviewer that compelled me to drive 35 min in opposite direction from where I was headed. The egg roll size and externaltexture were close, the filling lacked the spices but had cabbage, shrimp and crumpled pork. Served with hot mustard and ducksauce. A win in my book! Also had a glass Japanese plum wine. My entree was kung pao chicken. It was properly prepared. Every ingredient was diced and in relative size. Except the peanuts, of course. The aroma hit me first. I just breathed in thearoma for a moment before my first bite. No disappointment here. The decor was original late 80s booths and backing in pasteland muted colors like teal and dusty rose. But well cared for and clean! Very attentative, mature servers. This is OLD schoolcomfort American Chinese food - restaurant. Lots of food to take away too. A happy diner i am. Note: the menu is gearedtoward shareable dishes. Eg., egg rolls were 4 for 13.00. But the allowed me a half order. Read more

The food was really good. Some of the best Chinese that I've ever had. The sizzling rice soup was a cool presentation and had a... good crunch in the bite. The portions are huge, we had to take several boxes home. In all, the soup, and two dinners with thewhite rice came out to just under $50. I would definitely go here again. Read more
