UPDATE: Received a call from Carmen, general manager. She apologized for my disappointing experience with my pizza yesterday. ... I appreciate the follow up and offer for a replacement pizza. I will give them a second chance. Will revise rating after thenext pizza order. Normally I?ve liked the pizza at this location. Called at 5:30pm to say I wouldn?t be picking up my pizza at6:30 as planned and changed the time to 7:30. Evidently they still made it to be picked up at 6:30 and let it sit out on thecounter for an hour getting cold and soggy. Won?t be going back to that location again. ?? Read more

Thank you to Juan!!! My 2 boys and their friend walked home from baseball today and stopped in for some food. They are very... inexperienced restaurant goers by themselves and the stop wasn?t planned so they didn?t come with a lot of money. They orderedwhat they thought would be right for the $27 they had and ended up being a little short and didn?t have enough for tip. Theysaid Juan was super nice to them and told them don?t worry about it and treated them very nicely. I called the store to thankhim and offer $ and he again said no worries. As a mom I truly appreciate the treatment of the kids in your restaurant and Iknow they felt big and independent and happy there! Thank you!!! Read more
Tried to call and order a pizza tonight. Some hispanic girl answered, asked for my info., couldn't seem to write my address... down after I spelled it for her 3 times, kept putting me on hold, then finally put me on hold for 10 minutes-guessing she washoping i'd go away. Thank you! Me and my husband love round table. We moved to the area and came in. The staff is wonderful and the pizza is... delicious as always! We get the lunch buffet which is awesome and totally worth the cost. Thank you guys for treating us so goodand welcoming us to this location. Read more
