Worst service ever! Waited in line for 30 minutes in the drive through because the employees were catching up with their friend.... The line was incredibly long and backed up. Two of the employees were literally hanging out the window just laughing andcatching up. When we asked out the window if they could speed it along the workers were incredibly rude and the lady in the carjust laughed and said "oh just blame me". Have no idea why a manager would think this is ok behavior when the line is wrappedaround the building down to PCH. Read more

Best Starbucks in the area! The employees are so kind & customer oriented. Savannah is super sweet and always asks how my day... is. They continuously have smiles on! I?ve had one problem there & they immediately fixed it, free of charge, with no complaintsand accepting responsibility. Can?t say that about a lot of places nowadays! Definitely my go to Starbucks. Makes it easy tolove them! Read more

This could be the worse Starbucks business model I now off. Why should I pay the premium on top of my drink if there is no where... to send or any coffee shop services. Read more

I went there tonight and they were closed with a note on the door from the ?Dana Point Management? saying they were closing... early. It?s not the middle of the pandemic and there were at least 3 employees working inside that I could see. This is sounprofessional to me as I work at a bank, and couldn?t imagine closing early and preventing people from doing business. Whilecoffee is a completely different industry, the sentiment remains the same - your posted operating hours should be adhered to ifyou have employees working that can service your customers! Absolute worst Starbucks I have ever experienced in my life. Gave me the wrong order - landed me in the emergency room. I... visited the Starbucks the next to you explain what happened, the employee was nice and apologetic- only to have my drink madethe exact same way the following day!!!!! Had I not checked, I would have gone to the hospital AGAIN! The worst part is theyblatantly LIED to my face when I asked if everything was safe with my new order as we went through it very slow and efficiently.I feel like I?m a target for murder what is going on here!!! What a cute set up for this starbucks... Has a walk up window to order and pick up. Staff was friendly. Also has a drive through... and quite busy if I might say. Close to the Dana point harbor so plenty of exploring areas. Read more

A very convenient coffee stop - our choice of specialty coffee - Starbucks! The drive - thru driveway entry was not easily... visible and we turned into the main parking lot & found the way to access the drive thru lane. It looked like it was just adrive thru operations and no in-store orders. I noticed they did not have a Covid Plexiglass screen at the drive up window toprotect employees & guests. The staff was wearing a face mask though. We got our drinks - they were perfectly crafted. Thecashier/barista at the drive-thru window, was very welcoming & personable, very helpful, A+!!! Definitely our coffee stopwhenever we're in town. Read more
