Stopped here to have lunch with a friend as we were in the area. Their menu has a wide variety of options ranging from burgers... and sandwiches, tacos, salads, plates if you're doing dinner. I got The Shwack burger, adding avocado (an extra dollar) and aside of their spuds (think potato wedges). Solid burger that has pickled onions which made it all the better for a great lunch.Outdoor seating and pretty quiet, with ample parking around 2:30 on a Friday afternoon! Read more
We have eaten here each time we come to Dana Point. This lunch my wife tried their French onion soup and I had the chicken pesto... salad on a bed of fresh baby spinach. Both choices were stupendous! Good food, great prices, terrible seating. You really can beat this beach shack for lunch or just something casual but during... summer, it can be a mess trying to get seated. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you but most people camp outso may be eating your food on the curb out front.
