Excellent. We live in NJ and this was way above the standards the ones by us use. So many more choices on the menu, the food was... fresh, rasred great. The server was excellent too. The Howell NJ and Parsippany NJ need to take a few lessons. Read more

The manager here is a horribly rude woman. She saw us walk in and ran to the back. made eye contact. we were waiting for 5... minutes with no one else in the restaurant. my boyfriend asked if we could just seat ourselves. she stormed out saying ?THIS ISRIDICULOUS? YOUR SERVER WILL BE RGHT WITH YOU. yelling at us!!! i didnt say anything to her because id rather just deal with myserver and not that unhinged ?woman? she made an ugly face (uglier than it already is) and asked if i was okay. i didn?t answerand refused to engage. she began yelling again. Asking ?ARE YOU OKAY?!!?? i said ?leave me alone? and that was supposed to bethe manager. that was ?ridiculous? if you ask me. Read more
Service has gotten worse and worse as the time goes. I only go there like once every two months cause of my children, but last... time I went my daughter's boneless wings were undercooked and I saw the waitress going outside to smoke for like 10 mins, and bythe time she came to check on us, we had our entrees and everyone's water needed to be refilled. Sticking to chili's for thekids for now on. (I like to treat them with whatever they want to eat once a month, is not my choice) Read more
The restaurant always is much better with a friendly waiter/waitress! We had a great, smiling one today at Applebees in Danbury... Ct! Her name is Leigha! She took care of us with a smile on her face. We had the special, two for $22! It includes one appetizerto share or two salads and two entrees! How cool is that! We will definitely be back! This is outrageous. When I first arrived there I had to wait in line for an hour even though there wasn?t anyone else there. And... I brought down my family that came all the way down from Jamaica. When they began to seat us we noticed that the seats and tablelooked like it was never cleaned. So we asked the worker there if they could clean it nicely but instead the worker flipped outand started flipping the tables everywhere at us. At this point we had no idea what to do so we tried to leave but they wouldlet us. They locked the door so we couldn?t leave and began to Spit on us and call us selfish people. I was so stunned to speak.I really wish that no one comes here. The workers here were very disrespectful and out of control. They need to be put in jailor held accountable. Well...we sat down for almost 10 minutes before the waitress came (and it wasn't busy). When I asked about the price of a drink,... it took her another 10 minutes and she only came back after I asked to be seated in a different area. Salad was awesome, thefood was a bit dry. However, I cannot hold anything against the waitress or the cook. We all have off days. I will definitelydine again because my other experiences were pleasant.
