I went there with my family of 5. Even though we sat at the hibachi table, it was small enough where it felt intimate. Normally... at hibachi restaurants, you sit with 2 other families so this was really nice! The sashimi was so amazingly fresh! So so good!The hibachi chef was entertaining and cooked us delicious hibachi! My husband had the Scorpion bowl and loved his drink! Was very disappointed when my party of 4 showed up at 3:30 to enjoy happy hour as advertised on the website. The bartender said... they stopped doing happy hour since COVID :( If that's the case remove it from the website. Bamboo used to be one of the besthappy hours in Danbury . Love the sushi and the atmosphere of this place. Plenty of seating on a Friday night. Also some outside seating. They have high... chairs for your kids. The appetizers ( shumai, gyoza and edamame) were cooked perfect. The sushi was amazing. I got the godzillaand dynamite rolls which i would get again. My wife got spicy tuna rolls and she enjoyed everything as well. We have to try thehibachi next. Read more
I went out with family and we was feeling hungry . We went to this hibachi restaurant. Felt the good vibes , drinks are good... island passion I have , was very good . Our chef jose was so much fun . We was laughing from the beginning to the end . I highlyrecommend this place . They so much fun and better then the other hibachi places around nyc . Read more

Went as invited guests and the entertainment at the grill was excellent. Food was good, although I had to ask the chef to put my... fish back on the grill to cook a bit more. Food needed a bit more seasoning. Temperature in restaurant was a little cool for me,until the grill was lit. Then after it was turned off, it felt like a cool breeze blowing on us. It was a bit crowded in therestaurant & we felt as though we were rushed out of there. Read more
