1st mistake is I prepaid for the food. I added the directions in my GPS and drive to wait for it? the mall. I had no idea it was... mall food. After walking around for twenty minutes trying to find the place in the mall I arrived and my food was cold. Theywould not remake it. I asked why it didn?t state on there site it was in the mall and was told they just work there and I wouldhave to take my food and go there were customers in line. I ended up tossing the food ($26.00) worth and going to a realresturant. Lesson learned call first Read more
Food is great. However I had to wait 20 minutes for my food, staff had to assist a customer who wanted something cooked a... certain way and held up the line. Should have been offered a discount or refund to accommodate one person. Read more

Paid $21 dollars for two skimpy mediocre subs that were basically steakums, a cup of dry flavorless fries and a soda. Honestly,... McDonald's would have been better. At least the employees seemed nice. Never again Read more
Excellent Philly Cheesesteak and fresh crisp french fries. Fast & courteous service and attention to detail with the... customizable toppings. This more than makes up for the unpleasant experience I had at the Bay Plaza Mall. The staff here wasfriendly, professional and attentive. Maybe the staff at this location should the Bay Plaza staff how it's done properly. Read more
Everytime I go to Danbury Faire Mall I look forward to eating at this place I usually stop by Level 01 and then I head right to... Charley's afterward. The Chicken Philidelphia is so damn good I really don't care who makes it or what kind of attitude theyhave as long as I get my sandwhich. It is like I am in Philidelphia buying a chicken cheese steak it is that good. I usuallyjust get some mayo on my sandwhich and no veggies extra the onions and peppers are enough. Usually I don't have room afterwardto finish my fries. I like this place and people should really try it more. I barely see anyone at this booth and thesandwhiches are so good I never understand why there is never a line from this place. I give this place five stars. Thesandwhich cook always has gloves on, only a three minutes wait everytime. This place is great. Read more
Oh, my god what a horrible experience. I went to the mall recently and decided to stop by at charley's grilled subs at the food... court to pick up lunch and OMG the manager I think her name is kate I'm not sure but she is the Asian Manager disrespected me ,she is rude , she raises her voice at customers , she talks about her customers , she disrespects her employees , she yells andshe doesn't wash her hands. she raised her voice at me because I didn't want tomatoes then she continued to talk back to me evenafter I told her to stop talking to me the way she was talking to me. I am a manager at a store in the mall so I go there a lotand every single time she's either yelling her employees or talking rude to them or she is arguing with a customer , so muchpeople stops going to charley's in Danbury mall because of her the others are great. but they need to get rid of her or I willnever eat there ever and I will continue to spread the word about her because someone like this shouldn't be working in customerservice. If you are getting my money the same way I respect you I need that respect back. she is cheap , and stingy she looks atyou up and down and she sucks her teeth , she sucks her fingers if the cheese falls on her hand ... nasty ... make sure youleave your experience about her so we can get her out of that place. Charley if you are reading this please investigate talk toher employees they will tell you everything you need to know.
