Where do I even begin!!! Absolutely LOVE coming to charter oak. I believe it's a husband and wife duo -- both are so so SO sweet... and knowledgeable about their craft beers. They also make amazing dog treats out of the mash ???? overall it's always a greatexperience. They have a variety of food trucks that come, as well as a many different comedians, musicians, activities, etc.there is almost Always something fun going on outside! They just redid the patio and it looks awesome. We've been coming herefor several years now and can't stress enough that the beers are great, the folks who work here are splendid, and we are alwaysexcited to come back. See you guys soon!! My wife and I have visited Charter Oak Brewing numerous times and have taken our child. It is a kid friendly environment. ... Passing through town and stopped for a beer. Owners are as friendly as you could ask for. They were very busy (Friday night) but... made sure to welcome us and chat like there was nobody else there. Live music was happening. I enjoyed it. It was not rock soyoungers may not. The beers were excellent. Enjoyed them all, but of the three, the Munich Dunkel was my favorite. We have lotsof breweries in Asheville, but none as welcoming as this place. Read more

Scott and Michelle are amazing hosts! First and foremost, their beer is legit. The Easy Riding Kolsh and New Charter NEIPA are... fantastic, easy drinking summer beers. The Spur Lager Blackberry is my wife's favorite. But what really is worthy of 5 stars isthe friendliness, kindness, and professionalism of Scott and Michelle. They want you to love your experience and will doeverything to make you feel like a valued guest. Moreover, their adherence to covid-19 best practices is the best we've seen atcraft breweries. Plenty of hand sanitizer, lysol wipes and cleanliness. Kudos to you for creating a warm, safe, and friendlyenvironment to share our favorite beverage! Read more
