always check your pick up order before you, This location can never fulfill a complete order. Highly incompetent. pickup food... all the time for my staff in NY since we don't have a one near by in Westchester. I run my own company. If i had employee and aprocess like this I will fire the manager and the director immediately. Every time (not kidding) they miss something. When youcall they take that high & mighty road as if its customers fault & give a run around. Please get competent staff, managers anddirectors. I Spend over $100+ for lunch for all my staff many times. One star is a disgrace for this outflt. Read more
I am a loyal Chick-fil-A customer and mostly because the staff is so polite, but not this time. I had an employee named Rich and... he was rediclously rude. I had previously ordered with the man standing at the end of the line. Rich continuously interrupted mewhile I was trying to tell him that I didn?t need to order again because I ordered with the other man. Beware people with peanut allergy as they cook all their chicken in refined peanut oil. We ate here for the 1st time ever at... the Danbury Mall . The sign isn't very eye popping . Had we known this we wouldn't of eaten here as my son has a severe peanutallergy and could've died. They need to fix the sign so it's bigger and more visible. Read more

I feel like the food court is cursed. You take a normally great food chain, throw it in the mall, and quality somehow sharply... goes downhill. Chik-Fil-A is a great example. Would highly recommend driving across town to the other one. Or maybe I've justhad bad luck. 5 times of bad luck (yeah I keep trying since I want this one to be good since it's closer to me). Dry bread,super greasy bread, missing items, soggy fries, and my favorite one that happened lately and caused me to write this review:paper thin chicken.
