Chipotle is set up as a fast food restaurant and comes across as such. The servers have little time to engage as they have to... get to the next customer in line, but I did get through the ordering process without much of a wait. Lots of hard surfaces, sothere is a lot of noise inside. The food is fresh and fairly tasty - employees were constantly replacing the various containersdue to the number of guests. Good food, but crazy long line, out of several ingredients and no paper products of any sort in the ladies' room. I don't know... how experienced the staff is - hopefully they can develop a better lunchtime workflow to keep everything stocked. I was sad thatwith all the seating options, I couldn't find anywhere to charge my phone. Read more

every time i go they always are missing very important ingredients. today i went and spent 30$ to buy food for 3 members of my... family. my burrito bowl came halfway filled with 5 small pieces of chicken. it looks like an employee ate out of it. i want arefund honestly. Read more

I have had with this place today. It?s 7:30 pm and they are out of corn, dressing, chips out of some meats and not going to make... any more. I was charged $16 for a side of rice and 2 scoops of meat, which is burned and the rice is undercooked. When I triedto bring up this issue, the manager just shrugged and repeated the price. And the cashier has the audacity to ask if I?d likeanything else! Yes I would like to if you had any food ready! I am a loyal costumer since 2013 way before they even openedlocations in CT. I have got food poisoning from them a few times but didn?t complain because I have been a huge fan ofchipotles. Not any more. Stay away from this rip off. Read more

The food is pretty good here as far as Chipotle's go, however It absolutely boggles my mind how they run out of ingredients at 7... or 8 PM.... when they close at 10 PM!!! There is absolutely no excuse for not having (or preparing) additional rice, tortillachips, corn salsa, any of the different proteins. I mean for God sakes it's 2-3 hours till closing time. I don't know who theowner of this place is or even the manager, but Iif you're reading this, you need to do something about this because I've seen anumber if people walk out of your establishment. The place is usually dirty, dark and very slow service. Forget about ordering ahead because you'll be waiting longer than just... staying on the line to have your order done on the spot. Today I ordered ahead and I waited over 35 minutes for my online order.Than when I finally got my food the entire order was screwed up and one of my meals was not in the bag. Luckily I checked myentire order prior to driving away. I was very upset because the girl who made my order told me to my face everything was in thebag. Luckily the manager saw what was happening when I was opening my order and remade my entire order. I spent a total of 1 hrin this place and I ordered ahead before heading to this place. I try giving this chipotle the benefit of the doubt way to manytimes. I am beyond disappointed with this chipotle. Whoever is the owner of this store should check on his employees and figureout what is needed to make this restaurant run smoothly. Consistently continues to be THE worst Chipotle location I have ever been to! And yet, I've kept giving it another chance.... Well,this was the last time. This is the closest store to us and used to be our.go.to, but for the last 2.5 years it's justdeclined steadily and quickly in quality, product freshness availability, service and overall cleanliness. The last time mybrother and I came here, the experience was so bad that I was THIS close to writing a review. The gentleman who made our foodwas having a bad day, made obvious by his awful attitude.g To add insult to injury, the food didn't even taste good! They wereout of some key ingredients and the bowls just tasted dry. We had promised that time we'd never come here again, it was such adisappointment. But sometimes you're just in the mood for some 'Chipotle right? So we found ourselves there again Tuesdayevening. Upon entering, we were happy to see only 2 people online as we were hungry and were expecting more of a line. As webegan to wait, we quickly realized that there was only ONE person working the line and the register and one guy slicing meat inthe background. After about 10min, we hadn't moved an inch. And it was clear as day that the gentleman working the line did notcare to even make it look like he was trying. The customer in front of us, gave up and just left. After about another 10min, itwas my turn. As I began to order, the Chipotle employee stops me and says "we aren't taking.any orders right now, our computersare down. Unless you've already ordered online and can show me you paid, I can't help you". I could feel my anger level start tobubble. So he had me standing here for nearly 20min waiting to be served and couldn't TELL ME about this because???? Sadly, Iknew the answer to that question, he didn't care to! I had a great experience eating at this location today. The guy at the counter is very nice and friendly. Since we first step... into the building staff was very attentive and fast. Will definitely be coming back to this location. 100% great customerservice. Nice and clean location! Read more
