Sad to see everyone here mention how dirty the place is and clearly nothing has changed. This place is a dump. Was there for... over an hour and all 4 juices were empty in prime hours. Every single table was dirty. And to be cordial they need to make surewhoever mans the cash register is capable to do such. This location is always hit or miss. Inconsistent burrito sizes and generally behind on materials during peak meal times. Seems... to be a bit understaffed at times (who isn't?) But disappointing for a chain that used to embody quality food at a consistentlyhigh level. Read more
I wish there were negative stars. Upon walking in it felt like I was at a barbershop in the hood with mumble rap blasting in the... kitchen. Every employee must have been stoned with an ?I don?t care? attitude written all over their faces with zero sense ofurgency moving at the pace of a turtle. I have no words how to describe my experience. I came here for lunch with my boyfriend. The place is not clean, the garages are... overflowing, the food bar where you order is a mess and not well kept which is cross contamination! The tables and floors arenot clean. The drink station is not stocked nor has any napkins or utensils. The portions are very small. Not to mention theygave me two half avocados hard as a rock as the guacamole and there was still a shells on them! That is so hazardous! When I walked into this location at noon for lunch, the crew members were playing inappropriate music with curses. The seating... area and drink station was not clean and the floor was sticky. We had to wait for food to be prepared and most of the optionswas at the bottom. They were also out of most bottled drinks. We decided not to eat at this location. Read more
This is the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. I love Chipotle and I know that sometimes they vary but this meal was... inedible. First of all, the place was dirty. They were out of Guac and white rice and they gave bottom of the barrel. Thelettuce was swimming in water and when we got the food, we couldn?t eat it because the bottom of the barrel meat was gross. Theplace was dirty and not kept well. I wish I would?ve looked at the reviews before going here. @management - if you are readingthis, I am going to dispute the charges for delivering below standard food which if eaten, could?ve given me food poisoning. Absolutely amazing brand new chipotle in the area with a very well kept and cleanly sanitized everything! It even has a drive... thru order pickup! Love this location. I?m a fan of chipotle as is but this new location is everything. The decor is nice andsleek, a tad more modern than the older ones. Nice team and nice staff of young ones that are running the place very smoothly.In and out ordering. Every ingredient was available and fresh. The drive thru is a total perk. It doesn?t quite work like aMcDonald?s drive thru but more like a place ahead ordering type of thing. You can also call the order in ahead of time. Veryconvenient so you don?t have to get out of your car. Think of it as a drive thru curbside pickup ish type of thing. Itworks! Food tasted like it sat out all day not to mention the place where the food was, was dirty, the quac was brown, The spicy queso... they were serving to customers was chunky! Staff was also rude, there was an old woman asking the boy at the register for helpand when she asked her question he looked at her and turned away! Before I ordered the worker came up to grab a tortilla andlooks at the line with me and 5 other people and says ?you?re gonna have to wait? as a greeting. Terrible food and terribleservice.
