Everything we had was quite good. We also had the octopus, which is not pictured, but I think was the best dish. The chicken... sandwich was huge and just the right amount of spicy. Most of the dishes were quite generous. The pisco cocktail was good,though I?m not a fruity cocktail person. Service was very attentive and accommodating. Craft was so fun & hip! Lunch or dinner at this location before or after a day of shopping around Danbury is so convenient and... delicious! The fried calamari appetizer was awesome! Your salads are hearty and delicious and creative. My friend got a burgerthat was absolutely wonderful. They have very creative menu options for burgers and other choices. Truffled french fries wereto die for! We loved the newness, cleanliness, and modern experience at Craft. The ambiance was hip and fun but not at allstuffy. Staff was friendly and quick. Cocktails were delicious and creative, on the craft side bit didn?t take 20 minutes tomake, they arrived quickly. We had a great time with friends there and highly recommend. Read more

We happened to be at Craft last Friday and what a gorgeous restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, great food and amazing... service. The first bartender we had gave us a bit of an attitude and eye rolls. If we asked a question she didn?t seem veryhappy. So we kind of decided and ordered everything ourselves ?.. we loved the food and we will be back for dinner or happyhour. The rest of the staff was beyond amazing and went out of their way to take care of us. The portions are generous andeverything is super delicious. The octopus dish was great but it had very lil octopus ?.. that would be my only other negativefeedback. If you are traveling or need to celebrate a life event, do try this place. My wife and I dined in tonight for a date night and we?re absolutely blown away! The service given by the staff as soon as you... walk in and throughout the visit was amazing! Our servers name was Jackie and she was by none the best waitress I have ever had! She was very polite and extremely helpful in helping us decide what to order from on the menu. Not only was the service greatthe food was unbelievably delicious. We are from East Haven and would gladly travel the hour trip to eat there again. I highlyrecommend checking out Craft Kitchen + Bar and hopefully you will get lucky enough to get a waitress like Jackie. Read more

Tasty, fresh, seasonally interesting food paired with to-die-for cocktails...(my Surf Board was amazing!!)... the staff are... friendly, professional & responsive..Every part of the restaurant was clean and crisp.
