Waited 23 mins for 2 am coffees with milk.
Unfortunately if I could give this Dunkin a 0 star I would. They have no urgency to do anything in this location. The manager... looks just as lost as the rest of the crew. You stand there waiting to order, employees look at you and dont even acknowledgethe fact you are standing there. Theres always a long wait to order and a long wait to get your order incorrectly on top of thatso I suggest you choose a different location. Read more
Drive through is the worst. But they are trying to improve it. Very slow service.
Same order - three different consistencies - only one with acceptable espresso. This is every time at this Danbury Dunkin. That... is when they don?t claim the ?machine is down.? With Starbucks closer to my office, I?m officially done donating money for noproduce. Read more
