Definitely DO NOT go here if you ever are thinking about it?each time i?ve been the line is LONG, the employees look lost, just... as the manager?and they get the order wrong 80% of the time. Save your time, don?t go here. I literally waited in line for 40min!!!! No customer service at all. Unfortunately if I could give this Dunkin a 0 star I would. They have no urgency to do anything in this location. The manager... looks just as lost as the rest of the crew. You stand there waiting to order, employees look at you and dont even acknowledgethe fact you are standing there. Theres always a long wait to order and a long wait to get your order incorrectly on top of thatso I suggest you choose a different location. Read more

Same order - three different consistencies - only one with acceptable espresso. This is every time at this Danbury Dunkin. That... is when they don?t claim the ?machine is down.? With Starbucks closer to my office, I?m officially done donating money for noproduce. Read more

One on Main Sreet near South Street has terrible service.i waited until 3rd error to complain and someone was supposed to get... back to me, no such luck!! The worker at the window doesn't understand English. Warm coffee, missing items, charged for stuff Ididn't receive... call and no one answer phone, call D&D and they claim manager would call and hear from no one!! Walked inside and waited 5 minutes as employees were walking back and forth dealing with drive thru customers and nobody was... helping us inside at the counter. Left after 5 minutes and got into the drive thru and was in and out in less than 1minute. When I asked the lady at the drive thru she basically told me she couldn't be in 2 places at the same time.
