This location is STRUGGLING. It needs the guidance of an effective manager, especially on the weekend. It?s a busy location... because it?s located at a gas station, with a drive-thru and they can?t seem to get it together. It?s also a prime location forAmazon trucks to get their gas and I assume, their Dunkin fix. I understand there?s a shortage of workers everywhere with manycompanies but this location is making your company look bad. Every time we come to this location on the weekend, it takes morethan 10 or 15 minutes to receive an order. Whether you send a mobile on the go order or come into the store to order, they arenever working efficiently. Employees are wearing their masks around their chin, talking about personal things more than workingand messing up customers orders. They don?t even know how to make basic menu items. It took three employees trying to make a onelatte that they initially made as an iced coffee. Our latest visit, we waited 20 minutes to get an order of 2 coffee baseddrinks and 2 donuts. Read more
Absolutely disgusting! The employee threw our bag of donuts onto the counter and didn?t say anything, the bagel was so stale it... was like a cracker, very bad service Read more
Service is a bit slow for mobile orders! Also, please note the attached photo. That bag is my food. The bottle sitting next... to it (that the worker kept moving around while touching my bag of food) is comet!!!!!! ????. Might be the worst Dunkin? Donuts in the country.. they get every drive through order wrong
Needs to stop being cheap and hire more staff during rush hours
