took my family of 4 (2 teenagers) for a b-day dinner. ambiance is nice. service was good. quality of food and... value-for-your-money bad. broth soup was decent. green ginger salad was awful - pretty sure the lettuce had just been thawed.fried rice was lame - portions were comically large but it wasn't much more than white rice with soy sauce. seafood (bothshrimp and scallops) were poor quality (from frozen i think) as were vegetables. nothing seemed fresh. beef (both steak andfillet) were decent. we each had 1 drink. bill (which included 18% gratuity) was $177. Food was ok, and the drinks were good. However, the staff would not stop starting at us during our entire visit and it made us... feel very uncomfortable. Also even on 1/2 price sushi day the sushi is over priced and lower quality in comparison to Bambu(another sushi restaurant close). Read more

Have gone here numerous times over the years, always love it. Staff is friendly and helpful. The chefs are great and very funny.... Not the cheapest meal I've ever had, but so worth it. The food is really phenomenal. Can't wait to go again! Read more

All the fried rolls seem to be refried over and over, not even fresh. I was charged 18% tip for party of 3, I'm not even... satisfied with the service. I miss the old Ichiro, would not come back again. Read more

Ichiro is my favorite place for sushi but the guy that seems to be the manager is always rude and treat us like trash. It?s not... the first time that it happens, a lot of people I know was mistreated by him. Always rushing us to leave the table even beforewe finish our meals and treat us bad just because we never pick up hibachi (which is more expensive than sushi). I don?t knowhow a place like that can stand, they don?t have customer service AT ALL!!!! That?s literally the first time I complain ongoogle but I?ve always wanted to find a way to complain because they can?t treat customers like that. And the only reason why Icome back is because it is really close to my house and I love the sushi. But I would never go back if they didn?t have the 50%off promotion because the regular price is not worth it compared to the humiliation. Read more
