This restaurant never disappoints, and I always try something different. Food was very well made! The peanut sauce dish was... seemingly very light to eat and well-seasoned. pho is pretty good, but shrimp spring rolls were cold on some occasions. I suspect they were pre-made and refrigerated which to... me is a huge sin against Vietnamese food connoisseurs. note: Spring rolls should be at room temperature or slightly warm whenserved fresh. if the rice paper is hard and internal contents are cold then it's been sitting in the fridge.
