Okay, so I may be overreacting when I mean 5 stars. I've been here twice, and all I get is good food, good everything. This is... better than mcdonalds, I don't mind the wait. And guess why there is a wait, because they're acctaully cooking back there. Itried the hot ones shake shack chicken sandwich and oh god it's so good. I have no tolerance for spicy food. I recommend. Our experience at this Shake Shack yesterday was awesome! The staff running the front were very friendly and went above and... beyond with their service, even though they were closing. As far as back of the house goes, they made some of the juiciestburgers I'd ever had. Between putting in our order in and receiving it, I'd estimate less than five minutes passed. I specifically had such high hopes for this establishment rather than going to Applebee?s for a burger. Well ? I asked for a med... rare cheddar cheeseburger. ?This establishment doesn?t have cheddar cheese? but the gentleman behind the counter gave me a scancode to request cheddar cheese at this establishment! The kiosks close by 4p, the drive up/pick up closes by 4-4:30p. Now for myburger~ the same older gentleman asked the cooks about a med-rare burger & would the burger be pink inside. They assured him itwould be ?pink?. Not only is this not pink, it looks like someone cut the burger in half and overcooked one side & didn?t botherto cook the other side! Disappointed from no cheddar cheese till seeing the burger. I even tried calling this establishment butit goes to voice mail. Read more
Ok SS I waited to write this review after a cpl visits so here it goes. Being a new outpost recently opened during the holidays... it should be expected that it would take about a month or two of trail n error to work out the kinks. The positives: theburgers taste like they should meaning they use Lafrieda beef (although the seasoning is inconsistent, one time was right theother wayyyyy over salted) and they toppings are fresh and flavorful. The fries are standard and as crisp as any otherlocation. And the sodas/lemonades were the right sweetness. The negatives: this location is still working out the kinks so waittimes are extended. My first visit I waited just over 45mins for my order. (A plain cheeseburger fries n soda) On my secondvisit it took just under 20mins (two shackburgers an order of fries n two lemonades) All n all n improvement but still lagging abit. The portions leave something to be desired... a plain single cheeseburger will run you $6 but so long as the quality nconsistency are there that can be overlooked. And no self serve soda machines so refills are a hassle Still no drive thruavailable even tho that was a main add on that delayed construction/opening. All n all its a decent outpost and should roundinto form given enough time to work out the flaws. Always been a fan of Danny's work so here's to lasting success. Read more
Went today 1/1/22 and the place didn?t open until 1 o?clock which was ok but I ordered my food at 1:10 and didn?t get my food... until 1:58 smh which was very disappointing not to mention I went to sit and wait and the bench I sat on almost broke. Therestaurant is poorly made and the staff is not ready for a crowd. This place should have waited to open because they are notready and the food was not good. This is a great place to eat if it's not crowded. The food is absolutely incredible, but it's hard to find a seat anywhere and... it takes a decent amount of time to get your food. Read more
