11/18/22. Under new ownership: Picked up meatball parm grinder and small pie with onions. The meatball recipe has changed and... they are not as light and fluffy that prior ownership produced. The pizza was overdone, tasteless and onions too were tasteless.The sauce has no flavor and tasted like it came from a jar. Wouldn?t mind the price increase if the food was good, but it waslousy. So very disappointing since I?ve been a patron for over 30 yr. Oh well there goes the local pizza joint. Read more

Loved Sinapi's! Their ziti pizza was the best around and it will be missed. Not sure if the food is still good as it's already... under new ownership and going to be a completely different restaurant in the next few months. Good luck to the new guys but Idoubt your pizza will compare. Read more

I have been coming here since I was a kid in the 90s,my dad as well since he was a kid. Has always had amazing pizza, great dine... in/take out dishes. Honestly might be on eof the best pizza places in danbury. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed! Read more
Peter Sinapi arrived in the US in 1966 (before I was born) and brought his Sicilian hard working spirit and his secret for... tomato sauce and pizza etc. His tomato sauce is medicine. I drove 45 minutes from my hotel to eat at this place again afterdinner there two days ago. A huge thank you to Dan, I owe you. Read more
