came in today no one was in the store except one worker. she was making her own food and refused to take me and my fiance. we... bother were wearing full head masks and she refused to take our order. we went in with the same masks last time no one saidanything and there was 2 of them. this is ridiculous. she wasnt even wearing the mask over her nose and yet she refused us.disrespectful and disgusting. wont ever come back to this one. Cashier was incredibly rude. I?m not sure if he was the owner but it seemed like it. We used a coupon for 50% off and instead... got 0.50¢ off - which as you can imagine is a large price difference. I went back up with the receipt and coupon to show himhis mistake, and he maintained that I was wrong and he was right. He refused to give me money back, and called me stupid.Terrible location. Owner stole ten dollars off a gift card and refused, when confronted to, to reimbuse on the card or in cash. He demanded to... slide the card before I ordered. Total for one steak and cheese 8 and change. Card had 10 dollars on it, returned the card to mewith 1 and change remaining. Upon getting to the order, he had no steak for the steak n cheese sub. So I requested a credit ormy money back. He took the card and said he credited the card to orginal.balance. Called subway gift card outside and no, thecard was not credited. Upon returning to confront him, he showed me the card had a balance of 1 dollar and change. I askedwheres the other 9 dollars. He totally lied to my face and said I paid him in cash. I did not and if i did why wasnt Ireimbursed with cash instead of supposedly on the gift card, which wasnt credited. I offered to give him the card if hereimbused me for only the missing credits, so he could credit it and use it. He refused. Rip off joint in Germantown. Avoidpatronizing this crook. Read more
Subway staff are rude and short with you while entering. I planned on buying a water or two for the road and using the bathroom.... I?m an outdoor pest control technician, so drinks and bathrooms are a must have! When I walked into Subway, the first thing Iasked the employee behind the counter was if they had a bathroom and I got told, ?it?s for customers only? in a short unwelcometone. She assumed I wasn?t a customer or ?going to buy anything?. Regardless, your business owners/managers can?t be decentenough people to allow someone to use the bathroom first, let alone at all? Nah, you want money first. I asked how much a bottleof water was so I could pay quick; $3 for a basic bottle of water! The entire interaction from the employee was rude from thestart so I didn?t bother buying anything, and I wasn?t allowed to use the bathroom because I didn?t want to waste my moneysupporting a business who hires rude employees and who?s owners/managers have poor moral values regarding their preciousbathroom. Plus the water is overpriced...severely. I went to McDonalds down the road, used their bathroom, and after that Ibought not only a drink, but a meal! I spent more at McDonalds than I would have at Subway. Nice! Subway, ya lost money being,non-customer friendly! Whether you?re a pest control technician like myself who works outdoors all day and rarely has access toa bathroom; a plumber, an electrician, anyone working on the road, go support a business where you?ll be able to use thebathroom and not be forced into paying for an overpriced subpar grinder and watered down fountain drink, first.
