The absolute best wings I?ve ever had anywhere. The sauces are so on point and it?s fun picking one you want because they often... layer and combine them. I always ask for extra sauce and they sure do deliver. The Scott?s NYC is hot sauce and malt vinegarwhich I thought would be so weird but it?s one of my favorites and I?m glad I tried it. Even just their plain buffalo hot isamazing. It?s not I?m your basic one-note sauce, it has actual flavor. The Buffalo breath (hot with garlic) is another favoriteand so is the ice and fire (another that sounds weird but absolutely works?ranch and hot with horseradish). The tables arealways clean, it can get noisy in the bar room during games but if you want somewhere a little quieter there?s a side room and alittle quieter still is the back room. One thing to note that I learned the hard way as a teenager is that TKs is a bar, not arestaurant, so you can?t go without and adult if you?re under the age of 21. This place is legit, hands down the best wings place I've been to. It was a 1.5 hour ride and it was worth every minute. The... sauces are flavorful and each one unique. The service was fast, fast but friendly and accurate and very reasonably priced. Thewings themselves were expertly cooked. Not breaded which is a big plus for me, but with a nice crunchy skin and a soft juicymiddle. The meat came right off the bone with the perfect amount of bite. I am a wing fanatic and so is my wife. These are by leaps and bounds the best and freshest wings we have ever had. They are... beyond golden crispy, big, and delicious. They have 72 way creative flavors that are so good. I have tried wings everywhere andhave plenty of experience cooking, management, owning, and waiting tables in the food industry! I know food? Our server, I thinkhis name is Ted, was a fine gentleman and one of the best waiters I have had in a long time. Super cool. I hope we get him nexttime. I can?t wait to go back. The building itself is historical and awesome and there are tvs galore playing all your favoritegames? Some places SAY they have the best wings, this one trumps them all? even the fries are super fresh and crispy/tangy! Someplaces you have to ask extra crispy and wings still come soggy? Here, you don?t even have to ASK and they are the most goldendelicious crispy juicy wings you?ve ever had. Just go!!! What a great meal and how reasonable in this awful economy! TK's is a legend that had been an institution around these parts for a while now. They're wing night special and birthday wings... have been a main attraction for decades. I would rate it higher but 3yrs and running not honoring the birthday special isextremely disappointing. I get the covid argument from a few yrs back but I'm super let down not being able to enjoy a greattradition. Hopefully next yr it'll return n I can raise the stars up. Read more
Highly recommend. We had the best chicken wings here. There are many sauces to choose from, but we went with a hot buffalo with... garlic - crispy with great flavor and just awesome. Beer selection is ok, but the wings steal the show. Try it and enjoy it! Read more
Hands down a favorite bar of mine in Danbury. The owner and staff are always welcoming and this has the environment of a true... sports bar. Done be surprised if you hear chants. This is also a NY Rangers bar, American outlaws, Bayern Munich, and NYCFC bar.Lots of great soccer matches can be seen hear. During the world cup the place is electric!
