Wayback in Danbury suffers from the same problems as a lot of these corporate places- they hire the cheapest labor available, so... you?ve got two young males who don?t speak much English making subpar food because they don?t know what they?re doing andthey?re not being paid enough to care. Ultimately it?s disrespectful to both their employees and the consumer. The food tastedbland and I?m currently writing this while feeling unwell at 4 in the morning. Foundational lack of effort and respect from thefranchise. Go to a real resto for the price. Read more
Honestly it's crazy how rude/greedy these people are. Ordered a burger and asked for a cup of tap water. Guy tells me it's... against policy to give tap water because "they lose too much money". Would not recommend this place. Read more

I guess they have new owners. I ordered an impossible burger with lettuce tomato onions mushrooms & Swiss cheese. There was one... tiny piece of lettuce, one sliver of tomato, the mushrooms must?ve been from a can & spent a second on the grill - cold & awfultasting- & the onion was a few large chopped bits. The cheese was barely one skinny slice that maybe covered half the burger. Wehad two burgers & large fries=over $34! Needless to say won?t be going back. They need to train their ppl. The fire fries were such a disappointment and I went on mothers day when the place was a ghost town. The burgers were good...ask... my dog he ate mine and I had to get another. The plain vanilla shake def not worth $7bucks but the other flavors are like thesour patch one. Might try again but their seamless promo of order 3 times get $8 off didn't record my 2nd order and that to meis another put off. Read more
Came here for the first time with a couple of friends and man was the food amazing. I had never been so I had no idea what it... would be like, but we just ordered and sat down at a table and when the food was ready they brought them to us on trays withbottles of ketchup and everything. Very nice staff and excellent food, I'll definitely be coming back at some point! Read more
Today wayback burgers were giving out free black and white milkshakes in celebration of summer. Along with the free milkshake, I... bought a veggie burger. Every part of my experience was good, the service, the food. The thing I can point out that needsattention was the garbage, it was overflowing. Read more
