I have always received excellent customer service and food here. The past 2 times my fries was hard and greasy. If I am going to... pay 12 dollars on a meal I really don't expect to have anything wrong with my food. Well they are still advertising on a sign in their drive thru for the orange cream milkshake. Went to order me and my daughter... one and was told they no longer have them. Settled for chocolate but they put too much syrup in it and it wasn't good. Told thegirl working the drive thru that the sign still shows the orange cream and she said she'd get someone to take care of it. Read more
Well this used to be one of the better ones to eat at? Till today when we advised them that there soda machine tasted funny... like it was missing something. So there management decided to make some smart comments as we are eating loud enough to makesure we heard it. So for the people who work here maybe you should learn to keep comments to your self prior to make your wayback to your office. Very disappointed by your comments and the lack of your ability to care just a tad. Read more

As always Arby's is the most consistent fast food place for us. I have the 1/2 pound roast beef and my wife has the turkey and... cheese sandwich. Now that there are crinkle cut fries the meals are complete. Read more
On 6/14 me and my wife visited and the doors were locked but people were inside eating. Drive thru was backed up and it wasn?t... worth our time to mess with it. It?s obvious they don?t care a bit about customers. Why would the doors be closed at 6pm yetcustomers would still be inside eating. The drive thru was so backed up it wasn?t worth waiting all that time when it?s obviousthey don?t care about having their doors open while they technically should be open. Great if you know what to order, well paced on service speed and fullfilled the Arby's reputation. Double check your orders as... for fast food and be ware the serving sizes aren't as large as some and larger than others Read more
