The older lady makes up prices out of her head she?s very unprofessional rude and cheats you out of your money. Not very friendly. She thanked me barely and I said have a nice day. Nothing ????. When I walked in she didn't say Hi how are... you or can I help you. Second time to order but if I'm not appreciated their loss not mine. I have read the other reviews andthe older one is rude, but the younger one is sweet. The older one seems to think I owe her for ordering something. So what Ihave to say to the older women, I won't be back. I love the Magnolian beef but not the attitude. Read more

What the heck happened to this place? Maybe it is inflation. But they have scaled back to the point that their rolls are simply... rice. I literally threw my carry out order in the trash. Unless the young lady, who another poster mentioned, is on shift,expect the service to be rude. While the rudeness didn't bother me much, the decent of quality of food does. No thanks. If my review was just based on the quality of food I would give it 4+ stars. If my review was based on friendliness & quality of... service including phone orders and dining in, I would give it 1 star. (The teenager is very nice.) Manners, kindness and respectare not based on a nationality. I am saddened that the owner doesn?t seem to care how she treats her customers even with hermany poor reviews. I have questioned my total bill twice in the past and found she adds a random tip or rounds up my total. Thatis called theft! (My receipt is not item billed whether I use my CC or pay with cash.) I eat here every couple of months. Always takeout so no idea about the service in the restaurant, but the food is always good... and well prepared. I imagine it would be even better seated inside. This is the first Chinese place I found after moving here3+ years ago and I haven't had a reason to try any others. Yup, I'm that happy with their food, service, and prices :) Read more
