Stopped in around 6:30pm. Went inside for carry out. 2 piece leg and thigh and 3 piece dinner to go. Chicken was the way Chicken... should be. Crisp, juicy, and tender. All fixings were hot and good. Stopped in on our way from Knoxville to Asheville, 5 of us. We were met with glares upon entry,the staff clearly didn't want... anyone in the lobby. EVERY single table was filthy,crumbs, drinks stains napkins..on every table! This was around 10 am onSeptember 11th. It wasnt busy ,there was time to clean those tables. Cashier was rude,biscuits were paper thin and collapsing,no seasoning on the fries. Worst bojangles we've EVER been too - By far! Read more
Terrible service and unfriendly staff. Have never waited so long for ?fast food?. The young woman, Hope, who was taking orders... inside didn?t communicate with any of the guests about their orders not even when their orders were ready. When I suggested shetell people when their orders were ready she simple rolled her eyes and turned her back on me. Don?t know who owns thisfranchise or who the manager was on duty on Saturday, September 10th at around 10:15am but they should be aware there were abunch of unhappy customers inside all making comments about the service. Sat for almost 30 minutes in the drive thru just waiting on our food. My fries were cold but my biscuit was hot. I don't know if... they need more staff or what but it was ridiculous to have to wait that long for fast food. The staff was friendly though. Read more
Went in at 11am to order family meal. Waited 40 minutes still no food. Ask to speak with manager she refused to speak with me(... said she was too busy). I let manager know if I can't get my order now I want my money refunded. Manager refunded money handedto employee to hand to me so she didn't have to speak with me. The young man waded the money up and shoved it at me, no I'msorry or anything. Rudest place I've ever been in. Read more

Speedy service, surprisingly good food, and very affordable prices. I recommend getting the Cajun chicken filet and adding... pimento cheese to it! We also got the Bo's special dipping sauce for our tatos, which was a delicious combination ???? Read more
Their food is so freaking good, especially their grilled chicken. I eat Bojangles often and never get tired of it. The staff is... friendly and the atmosphere is wonderful. They have the best breakfast food in my opinion. Read more
