I just left this location not even an hour ago and I am highly upset! I ordered a breakfast burrito. First they tell me that... they don?t have the loaded burrito that the website even advertises. They have bacon only. Then I pay $3.50 to receive a coldtasteless half wrapped burrito. The bacon, egg, shredded cheese and tortilla?all cold! The cheese isn?t even melted because it?snot prepared properly. I can?t believe that they had the audacity to give this to a paying customer because I know not one ofthem in there would eat their own food like what they had the nerves to hand me out that drive thru window. Very upset. This isunacceptable! And I have already been on Hardee?s website and left feedback prior to leaving this review. This is not okay!First and last time at this location! So I don?t need to be responded back with a reply on my review with a website requestingme to provide more information because I?ve already completed that. But I would like a refund because the burrito was not evenedible. I dare not go back there to speak with the manager because they obviously have not changed anything after seeing thelast reviews that have photos and had issues with their order! Read more
Our food was horrible and I'm not sure what I gave my order to, half man, half beast. I've been to many Hardee's in my life this... was by far the worst ever. Bad food,bad service,bad atmosphere. Read more

We arrived at 6:45 pm, our order was taken. We did not recieve food until 7:10 pm, meanwhile our burgers sat in the food window... for 15 minutes before we got them (greasy, mind you). Staff was also very rude and the manager did not care about her TWOemployees while she was just chatting it up in the office. No wonder why hardees is at the bottom of the food chain. Read more
I got the 3 piece chicken strips. The French Fries were a mixed bag of everything Hardee's offers. They handed me a small drink... because they didn't ask what size I wanted. They changed it a large when I asked. The strips are some of the best out there.Moist and tender. Quite good. McDonald's across the street was so busy I went to Hardee's. It was a good choice. Polite folks, but had bad experience. I waited in line for 7 minutes. While the drive thru was their priority. I wanted to order... lunch.Then finally when an employee was ready to take my order, I was told they were not ready for lunch, even though the menuboard was all lunch menus. - I walked out after making a comment that they should not be having the lunch menu up early.
