Let me explain. Do not get to go orders. 2 times it's been awful. I called management there and then tried again the next day... eating inside. Better food, but this place is struggling. I ordered the wrong food, didn't read the description all the way. What got delivered I was allergic to. Luckily the... restaurant was within walking distance to my hotel. I walked down there to talk to the manager and what a kind person. Heremade a burger I could eat, no getting upset at me, was super kind and understanding. We even chuckled about me thinking Macburger meant huge burger. I just appreciate the great customer service and taking care of me even when not the restaurantfault. So thank you! Read more
Been her a few times. The food is pretty good, as are the drinks. But the service is meh at best. The service is just usually... off, as my husband and daughter are clearly ignored and anything myself and son ask for is ran right back to the table. Maybe wejust need to try a different location... Food was great. Steak done perfectly. Garden bar was great. Service was slow, bartender covering my area. Never offered a... drink refill had to go up to bar to pay since no one ever came to pick up my card. Normally I wouldn't care but I was on my wayto an appointment and time was tight. Read more
I ordered my meal through postmate prior to entering the restaurant. I was directed to the bar by the host to pick up. Keisha... was the bartender I believe. She goes to get my food off the line, then says something about the cheese fries. Then says ?Idon?t have time for it?. So she brings my food and it was probably the worst meal I?ve been served in a long time. The cheesewas poured over the fries and had curdled. I say something about it and she then replaces them. Steak got cold while waiting onnew cheese fries. It?s sad that the employees ?don?t have time? for the customer?s food. I?ll never eat here again and wouldadvise others to find elsewhere with better plating and better customer service. Poor performance and poor food. Read more
OK the good first,,,, the blackened shrimp pasta was actually pretty good. But I?m sorry your salad bar has gone downhill. It... is certainly not worth the $13.99 you?re charging. Even the $4.99 i paid as an add on with my entrée was not worth it. wealso ordered the chips and cheese. The cheese should not clabber up in the little skillet to where you have to use a spoonafter a couple of minutes. Read more
Great salad bar (like always) and the cookie skillet was AMAZING! Only reason it?s 4 and not 5 stars for me is the lack or... plant-based/vegetarian options and the wait for a table. We ended up eating at the bar and had great service, but a table wouldhave been a little nicer. Read more
First time at this location. Just passing through. We sat at the bar and was served by Tyler, very polite young man, good sense... of humor. The whole staff was great honestly. Salad bar was by far my favorite. We did get appetizers and a meal but couldn?teat the meal. Everything looked, smelled and tasted great. Hot when it got to us, and the sweet tea was amazing.
