UPDATED 8/30/2022 STILL NO RESPONSE from the company or customer service. You know I have 12 years customer service experience... being a liaison and it would never take all of this for a simple reply to address an issue or situation. 7/22 7 days still noreply I'm convinced this company can care less about any reviews. Updated on 07/19 since I have done this review on 7/15 andalso sent my info to the customer service email from the reply, I have yet to have a reply besides the normal saying "thank youwe have forwarded it to the correct department to contact you". It's an amazing place yes but if you go be ready to pay yourserver 10% of the bill. Our server first came to us with an attitude and then when we ordered it came out but I ask for anotheritem and he forgot that. So we said forget it and ask for water he brought 2 drinks not the water. We seen him a total of 3times and we were there an hour. It was us and one other family so the place was empty. Why does he get $12 for standingaround??? It's not posted anywhere and me I could have argued and won trust me. Tip is fine but not what u want me to and youremployee did nothing. I had a fantastic time with friends at this specific Bolero! The manager Albert took great care of us from the moment we walked... in. (It was a last-minute walk in). It was a fantastic B-day party for my group. He made sure we were taken cared of the entirenight. The entire staff were always making sure we were having fun & our drinks were filled the whole night. This is an amazing place to go bowling. They have great offers on Monday?s and Wednesday?s but make sure to get there... before8:00pm because that?s when the offer starts and the line of people starts forming. The staff is very helpful and patient.Also very new and nice place over all. Read more
Came in to celebrate a birthday and I must say we had an amazing time and experience. we had one of the manager and his team... help us by the name of albert, wow so attentive and they all took great care of us definitely will be coming back andcelebrating many more birthdays here. Read more
One of the best new hot spots must make reservations for lanes does get packed but such a chill spot for adults and parents not... as big as Dave n busters but just enough for a bomb time. Price is just right. Love the atmosphere. Employees are always nice.Helpful. Such a great spot. Read more
First time at bowlero was a good experience. It?s a clean and colorful place. A little pricey but worth it. It has some pretty... good deals for Monday and Thursday night. Staff is friendly. Food is tasty. I had Nachos and pepperoni flatbread. Cocktail wastasty and not strong. Really good. Bathroom is clean. One picture shows expense for two drinks + nachos + pepperoniflatbread. Had a great time bowling with some friends during the holidays. This was my first time here and I must say I was impressed! Very... clean facility. I also enjoyed the feature added where you can order food from your lane and have it directly brought to you. Ihad chicken tacos and fries that were very tasty.
