They do not acknowledge customers , they look at us and proceed to what they are doing . Completely ignore the fact that we are... waiting . First time I came here I literally waited about 30 minutes for someone to come take my order . Second time I gave themthe benefit of the doubt and went to the location and waited to long so I just walked out . Horrible customer service. I do notrecommend coming here if you want fast food . After having not such a good first part of my experience at this location, Terrance was able to help and take care of the... situation exceptionally. Went there for lunch like two cars in the line. Food was fresh and hot. Cashiers were friendly. Location is close to my job so I... appreciated being able to grab some lunch with time to eat it as well. Read more
This McDonald's in Dania tries hard at times to serve their customers a full menu I would say just about 50% of the time you can... get a full menu up to maybe four a.m., this is one of the better stores, the quality control there is credited to one lady avery slim lady that tries to run a tight Crew on the night shift. Sat in drive thru for way to long nobody would respond. Pulled up and went inside. Nobody at counter so went to kiosk. Ordered... ther but payment was not working so had to get someone ther to pay. Long wait for food workers playing and prioritize drive thu.But won't be back Read more
