Whoever owns this DD should be ashamed of themselves. I went in this morning. Air conditioning had already been turned off... because they were told they didn?t need it as it is ?fall? now. Really? Don't waste your time or money on this Dunkin Donuts location. Since the renovation and bringing in new staff, the service has... turned to garbage and the staff personality is even worse. I ordered a coffee and a (toasted) bagel ahead; only the coffee wasmade and the staff ignored me when I stood at the counter. When she finally made my bagel, she didn't toast it or even apologizefor not seeing it on the receipt. Go somewhere else if you want a halfway decent coffee and food. Read more
