One of the managers (older white lady with glasses) is just treating every person in that business like garbage. My food was... stale to no surprise. Food was hot and good. The same issue I have had before at a different location is I order and pay on the app. When I get to the... window I am directed to pay. Stated the transaction would not go through. Moments later I get an email stating I paid. So I haveto go inside and show them the email and wait for a refund. MENU HACK #6 The burgers tend to be cold and nasty. They should only be keeping the meat in that sauna box for 20 minutes, but... you know they are cooking in large batches and the meat in the box is sometime over an hour old before it is served to you. Attempt to get fresh meat buy using the mobile ap and customizing your burger with no seasoning. (the seasoning they add issalt and pepper) (you don't need the salt you already have type 2 diabetes) 21.32% of the time they cook fresh patties for yourorder. all the other times they take the old dried out patties out of the sauna and give them a good shake in an attempt toremove the seasoning. when you do get fresh ones, delicious! I ordered a plain cheeseburger happy meal! Said it more than once and as they handed the meal to me I said this is a plain... cheeseburger, right? Yes!! Ordered a fish filet with extra tartar sauce, pickles, and Lettuce. It came with no Lettuce, no extra tartar sauce, and only 2... pickles. Like come on! How hard was this to make? Edit: bringing this from a 2 star to a 1 star. ordered again a little whileago and ordered the same thing. I got a fish filet with of course no extra tartar sauce, no pickles, but they got the Lettucethis time. Somehow they thought i wanted tomatoes?? I checked my order and i didn't make a mistake.
