Will never go back! Ordered 2 hot grinders at the start of lunch rush. When 30 minutes went by I went to check on our order. Was... lied to, lady said they are made and in the oven. I said if not I would like to cancel my order. She professed they are almostdone. Looked at open oven and only pizza was in there. A total of 50 minutes for grinders...Never again! My last visit we ended up walking out. We walked in a patiently waited to be at least acknowledged by staff. We understood they... were busy but to just take the time to acknowledge we were there and waiting would of went a long way. We order here often to feed our team at The Sunshine Shop, and we always love the food. Everything we order is always delicious.... We have even ordered larger orders for the staff during holidays and they made up many delicious sandwiches for our team whichwere incredible. Great food and great people, highly recommended! We stopped here for a ?quick? lunch on our way to Logees greenhouse, which is an hour drive from my home. This was a Mothers Day... excursion with my daughter. She ordered an eggplant parm sub and I asked for a pizza slice. We were the only people in theseating area. They were busy with takeout orders and obviously knew many of the customers. It took 40 minutes to get ourorders. A father and son sat down at a table near me and got 2 cheeseburger subs, made to order in 15 minutes. It was apparentthey were regulars. I could NEVER recommend this place. The pizza wasn?t good, very cheesy but no sauce. My poor choice I guessfor ordering a slice which was probably made who knows how long ago. We were in a hurry and should have gone to BK or anotherfast food place. I would rate customer service zilch. Minus 5 stars if that was possible. Food was great but the thoughtfulness of the staff was even better. I just moved to Danielson so I thought I'd try this place. I... walk with a walker due to health issues and simply asked for our grinders to be put in a bag, not only did they put it in a bagbut they also walked it to my car.
