My mother and I visited this establishment and were ecstatic to see that it included a Red Burrito as well! That?s where the... happiness ended. We waited for 25 minutes for a 5 pack of beef tacos and a side of queso. We got in the car and the queso wasice cold. When we pulled around to ask that it be heated, the girl rolled her eyes and walked off. When she returned, thecontainer had clearly been nuked. We took it and left. Only to find 5 of the nastiest tacos you?ve ever seen in your life. Drymeat. Cheese that don?t melt. Wilted lettuce. This place is trash. All of this done by a manager who was training a new employeethe very same day. Trash. And maybe clean the place up a bit. Read more

The lady that runs the drive thru in the mornings is the best. I always come with my coupons and the other morning I didn't have... them all together . I had 2 separate orders and I had to cancel one item on it. She never complains . She is always fast andcurtious Read more

Consistently horrible food and service. Waited 15 mins with no one in front of me for cold, soggy fries and the wrong burger. I... have gave them a couple chances but it is the same story everytime. Read more
Just awful...food is never correct, they cant even toast their bread correctly on Texas toast orders!! then manager gonna argue... with me that it was right...I used to work at that Hardees for 2 years and never recall as many complaints as I even have hadrecently!! sorry I gave them chance after chance, but when the customer isn't even right anymore, im done!!! Danielsville, Ga's Hardee's does not follow timing procedures or apparently doesn't change it fryers as needed..the last 2 times... I visited my food was awful. Chicken sandwich the meat was hard mayo on sandwich had turned to oil and chicken straps were toodark and meat tasted burnt...uggghh. without tasty food Good service is useless Read more
Went through the drive through and there was a fairly long line. However the wait wasn?t long. When I got the the window the... manager was super nice friendly and helpful. My onion rings had just been dropped and she let me know that was what we werewaiting for. Even in the cold she quickly went on to help the person behind me ( very proactive). Hot ham was a little cold butI didn?t eat it right away so that could have been my fault. Onion rings were hot. All in all a great drive through experience. Read more
