Always our go to place for pizza. Then all of a sudden the last several orders are all messed up. Toppings we didn't order on... them....Toppings we did order not on them....they are not real excited about correcting anything or heaven forbid discountinganything. No longer happy customers. Pretty consistently the worst pizza in Dansville. The crust is too chewy and crisp, it takes so much force to get through it... lol. The cheese is like a wet blanket and falls right off if you have a plain cheese pizza. I usually don't have much of aproblem with the sauce because its pretty bland but today, it tasted like Huntz cheap spaghetti sauce from a can. I've had goodStrombolis here but thats about it. My boyfriend and I have gone here for 6 months and we have LOVED the wings and pizza. We ordered here once a week..... Unfortunately, every single time we ordered we felt like an inconvenience to the staff. We typically got the same man on thephone each time. He always seemed so defeated and unhappy. Half of the time we would wait and wait and call and call because thephone was always busy. But yet, when we would finally get through we would be thrown on "hold" immediately which was just thephone on the counter where you could hear everyone talking..actually, one time I waited like that for 10 minutes and when theman finally assists me he just said "hi." And I had to say HI I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER FOR PICKUP. It made me wonder if that waswhy the busy signal was always so bad.. When talking to these people, I feel like I'm working because I am more professional andcaring. We seriously loved the food, but we can't take the poor customer service any longer :( Read more
