Best Dunkin in Danvers! Coffee is always and staff is excellent.
I had an issue with my coffee at a different Dunkin' donuts I went into this Dunkin' donuts on man st in Danvers and the manager... was very helpful and remade the coffee that I ordered at a different Dunkin' donuts he did not charge me and he did not give meany hassle about making a coffee that came from a different store I truly appreciate that because it was just kind of him to dothat and also the fact that I didn't have to pay for another coffee after the first two were messed up at the other Dunkin'donuts I went to so to the employees at Dunkin donuts on high Street in Danvers thank you and I appreciate your understandingand respect. Too bad too expensive !!! I ordered espresso 1 short, 2 caramel and 5 creams, they charged me 6$ for that. instead it only cost... me 2.5$ when I bought it in the north End or Dorchester! Read more

I have been ordering from this location for a decade and the volume they handle is amazing. I have always praised the staff on... their attention to detail and ability to remember regular orders. Today, the quality control failed on the food line. I didnot lower my rating as they were slammed, but I have not had any luck in the past trying to draw their attention to otherquality control observations. Read more
Efficient and cool place. My dad loves hanging out there every Monday and from what he says the staff are lovely and very kind... to his group of elderly ne'er do wells. But if you ever wanna see some slick food service watch the people here move stuffthrough the kitchen. The staff work like a well-oiled machine whenever I am there. Read more
