Wow 19 bucks for a chicken fingers dinner that was all once frozen. Outrageous. Prices do not come close to quality or... quantity. .. and the option to leave a tip when checking out during a pickup order who do you think you are? I?ve been going to Gio?s for years ?.but no more. The new owners are not pleasant and the food has definitely gone down hill. ... Ordered a grilled chicken wrap with feta and onion. Chicken was grisly, feta was pretty much non-existent and CHUNKS of onion. Ugh!! About a week before got a meatball sub?..definitely different recipes for meatballs and the gravy/sauce is horrible! Ugh... new vibe.. place is awful. Customer service is bad. For some reason they think loudy slamming down the pizza dishes when... done on the dirty floor is a good idea? Who does that? Had I known I would have never ordered. Pizza taste awful, super smalland fires barely cooked. Read more
Gio was my go to place for pizza but after every new purchase a continuous downgrade of the product requires a new place.
Under new ownership. Take your business elsewhere, sadly. Quoted 40 minutes for delivery. Called at the hour mark. Stated... another 10 min. Called at the 1 hour and a half mark, saying that we no longer wanted or needed the (obviously cold by then)food. They stated it would be another 30 minutes, but ?free? - no apology. Clearly untruthful during the first two calls aboutupdated times. This place used to be great. Employee was extremely rude on the phone. What a shame. Read more
