I've never been to a less organized McDonalds in my life. There were two drive through lanes, and one was operating normally... while the other one, the one we were in, was a mess. 6 cars would get their orders in the 1st line, meanwhile ours had a womanwho kept repeating our (small) order back to us incorrectly. It was absolutely wild. It took 15+ minutes between pulling to theorder screen until we pulled away. Never again. Read more
Ordered a diet coke?the younger female at window added 70 cents to my total. Took my 2.00 and never gave my change. I sat there... and she wouldn?t liik at me! I stayed until another worker came to window. I said she can?t steal money? several times! I wasgiven my change. ** It?s not about needing the change- It?s principal!? Employees on a power trip? I came through the drive thru the other night. I ordered two meals both with large fries. I asked if... I could have 5 ranch to go with our meals and the lady looked super annoyed by that. She stared at me for a minute and then toldme no that I could have two. I was confused and even offered to pay for the extra sauce if that was the issue and she stillrefused. Before I could say anything else she handed me two sauces and shut the window on me. It was extremely rude and thepeople at this location are typically pretty nice so I was caught off guard. Like I said I offered to pay for the extra saucesso that we could enjoy our meal and was still denied. Not sure if this is a training issue or simply just someone wanting totake their day out on a paying customer but either way I won?t be returning as this isn?t the first time I?ve offered to pay forsomething extra ( that other locations do not ask you to pay) and had the window closed in my face. Used to love this location, but after the horrendous experience my wife had, stay away. She was given the run-around regarding... points redemption (she redeemed a large sum of rewards points, the store claimed machine was being cleaned, then offered her adollar menu coffee in exchange) she said no, just give me back the points. Was then offered her original item (either themachine wasn't being cleaned or they were going to give her cleaning solution filled drink). Nobody in charge apparently, nobody willing to give manager contact info. Absolute dumpster of a customer service location. And she was mocked by a workerunder their breath when she left. Read more
My wife and I ate at this McDonalds on our way back from Boston. The food was cold and there was trash all over the lobby. It... didn't look as if it had been cleaned in a couple of hours. All the trash cans were overflowing and it seemed really dirtythroughout. They forgot part of our order, then when we brought up the cold food, the ladies appeared annoyed that we wantedsomething more fresh. We didn't expect great service being that it was McDonalds but this is by far the worst one we have evervisited. Read more
I don't know why but it's never been busy here when I've gone. All the food is hot and fresh. Quick and easy and good. But check... the prices on the menu before ordering. Some things have gone up in price. You can get a double cheeseburger for $2.00! That'sless than a small fries. Happy meals are still worth getting. I got a Shamrock Shake, first one ever, I didn't like it but my 2year old granddaughter loved it. McDonald's is still good. Read more
Employees are always nice. Food is good and hot most of the time every now and then it's cold reason for the 4 stars definitely... one of the best McDonald's in the area I eat here often. Read more
