I didn't get anything. Stood at the counter for several minutes and watched 7 different employees behind the counter but no one... taking orders. No one even acknowledged that I was there. I get places are shorthanded but it takes no time to acknowledgepeople, especially when they are standing directly in front of you. Read more

When we first moved here I use to go to this Panera all the time and every time they messed up our order. Recently, I started... going there again and every single time the order is correct. They definitely made some improvements! I ordered a 6 pack ofpumpkin cookies and they called me up to let me know they were out of 3. They were so kind and allowed us to choose 3 otherbakery items. I showed this to the manager and she said she would clean it later. I was there for 2 hours and it wasn't cleaned. This isnt... coke, its brown gunk that's thick and gross. No wonder they say ice machines at restaurants have more bacteria than toiletseats. Everytime I order rapid pickup through the app, something in my order is always forgotten. Not normally one to write reviews,... however, I?ve had enough. Ordered through rapid pick up today. They forgot my sandwich. Had to wait 30 MINUTES to get half of asandwich. Never again, that?s the longest I?ve had to wait for a missing item from here. Read more
