As I?m sitting in line for the drive-through, that?s about 14 cars deep. I see three employees sleeping next to the tables then... manager started to wake them up after 15 minutes. Lock the doors so your employees can sleep. Brilliant! It also took me about10 minutes to start writing this review. I should be at the drive-through speaker in about 15 minutes. Slow service, drive thru cashier with an ugly attitude like we asking the food for free. Lobby was closed. I hope the management... or the owner see this and the rest of the reviews, so they can do something and make the service better. Texas has a bettercustomer service than in here smh. Read more
This store is so ridiculous. Every time I come here it?s something new. It?s 5:30 in the afternoon, whys the store closed? I... can?t tell you how many times I have come here and either the store has been closed, or the dining rooms closed or the line isover a 20 minute wait. I?m not one to post bad reviews. I find it idiotic but this store right here, needs some MAJOR help.Worst part is, how has this not gotten to corporates attention yet? And then, when I DO get a chance to get some food, it?seither cold or missings something. And the workers, soooo disrespectful. Rarely do I ever have a good experience at this TacoBell. Ridiculous. After waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes the line had only shrunk by 1/3. We couldn?t see wasting another 30 minutes, so... we left. This is NOT ?fast food!? This place clearly has a very SERIOUS management problem! Read more
This place is a joke! There's absolutely no management or at least no professional management. They have an app that steals your... money, you get to the window and they say sorry we're out of this and we can't give you your money back there's no way to getyour money back on the app You can write to people but they just ignore you I've already lost over $10 at this place. They'realways screwing around and even if you ordered your food and paid for it it's never ready and you're still waiting for a longtime. They need to shut this place down it's like a slumlord for fast food.. it's too bad cuz people really love Taco Bell butyou give it a bad name. Read more
Constant disappointed and dissatisfaction by many Taco Bell?s, constantly they are closed for breakfast no one working until... they feel like going in. At night you will be denied at the drive through for a slew of reasons. System is down , not takingorders at the moment , cash only, closed early due to short staff, etc. they constantly have a new staff and the same patternrepeats so it must start at the managers or general managers. I?ve witnessed the drive through turn people in front of me downsaying they aren?t taking orders then take my order. Also witnessed them deny a customer food and when the customer argued thewoman responded ?well what are you getting we aren?t making big orders due to staffing so I can do only a few items? if youdon?t want to work then don?t have a job but people rely on food and it isn?t fair 6 out of 7 days of the week it?s almostimpossible to get food here and if you are a lucky one I guarantee your order isn?t correct or fresh. While the app will not tell you this, the dining room has actually been closed for months, and drive thru will take you at least... half an hour around lunchtime. Not a great choice if you're looking for actually fast food. Read more
If I could rate this location -10 stars I would. The staff here is awful! They are joking around and or standing around doing... nothing all night. Orders wrong galore? drive thru line is a mile long. It?s honestly embarrassing that it?s even open. I seethe hiring and customer service standards here are exemplary.
