Not a bad place to hang out between various kid sporting activities, although if you're looking for an attentive bar service...... It's not here. Make sure you bring some kind of orange reflective vest or the server will not engage with you after the firstorder. Beer selection limited and the margaritas come with an option called a "kicker". If you want to notice any tequila at allin your margarita you'll need to "kicker" as these are pretty shallow on spirits and high on sweet. Not great, if you want agood margarita probably you should look elsewhere unless you like a sugarbomb. Food is middle of the road, it's a chain so youget what they got. Will I come back to watch Wheel Of Fortune in the bar again.... Nope... But maybe on a Sunday they'll havesomething besides Pat and Vanna on the big screen. The steak was great! Our salads were wrong, never brought what we ordered for them, asked for rolls didn't get them, we were... never offered refills on drinks, and when we were asked to cut our streaks she didn't wait for our response for cooked to order. We were never checked on during the main meal. She was counting cash before she walked away and was complaining to a co-workerabout her tip. Advice to Julianna, be more friendly, pay more attention to your customers and don't complain about your tips.Learn your job and try to improve and your tip might go up. Read more
Ordered the herb crusted chicken with two sides and the pulled pork dinner also with 2 sides, twisted mozz sticks (didn't even... come with marinara) I asked for the brown gravy on the side for the orders of mash with the two dinners. Also ordered a dozenrolls, but aren't you also supposed to get rolls with your meals in general??? Cause we never got those either. I orderedsomething a few days ago and asked how many rolls come with the meal and she said 4. So if I got 2 meals and ordered a dozenrolls, shouldn't there be another 8 rolls? Feel ripped off honestly. Told me over the phone that my total was $36 and somechange and then when i go to pay, she tells me it's $42.22 .... disappointed. Went here yrs ago and my girlfriend ordered afrozen daiquiri and the drink had glass in it. Didn't even comp the drink once they knew. Should've known better. Some thingsdon't change. The food was meh! Napkins that won't, don't absorb anything. Got the tenderloin medallions, unevenly cooked, thicker ones... were medium rare, others, cut a little thinner were well done. Service was excellent, excellent baked potato. BUT, you do gothere for the steak!!! Read more
The service was outstanding, some of the best ever. The food tasted fantastic. Almost no wait at all for a party of eight. ... Only gripe is even though the food was delicious, every steak place I go I order rare steak and I almost never get a rare steak. This was no exception. Mine came out a straight medium I think, pink throughout and pretty warm. There may have been a spot ortwo of med rare, but oh well, maybe next time. Again I reiterate, the food was very tasty and the server was quick, on top ofthings, and full of smiles, and took a picture for us, so this is only a halfhearted complaint. Read more
I went here for my birthday, haven’t been here in years. And probably never gonna come back again because it’s not as good... as it used to be. It was not busy at all and we waited almost an hour for our food…which was not worth the wait. On thepicture below, I got the grilled shrimp…the description said “large grilled shrimp”…does that look large to you? Theytasted decent but that is not what was described on the menu. The rice was also undercooked. When I received my food it wasn’teven hot. It was almost cold. My two other friends just ordered sides as well, so we shouldn’t of had to wait that long forthe food we got. An order that should take less than 10 minutes took almost an hour. Like come on. It was not a good experience.This place has gone downhill so much and it’s not as good as it used to be. The roadhouse should hire better kitchen staffbecause waiting almost an hour for that disappointment was a waste of my time. Read more
First time at this location, fourth time overall. Went to celebrate my Nephew's birthday early. Maddy the host, Olympia the... trainee and Becca the waitress were all great. Didn't like after taste of lemonade, but all the food was delicious. Update:Nephew got to go order around 9pm. Good service and extra bread. Read more
Went there (6 persons) ar 7.30 pm. Good and efficient staff. Really good and tasty food. All the drink we had was good. Small... issue with the margarita but the problem been resolved extremely quick. Really good choice and quality meat. I can justrecommended that place for eat for yourself, friend or family. Have a drink and come watch some sports. Bad point: not a lotof choice about sauce for the steak. Get some hot mustard, peppercorn sauce and maybe garlic butter or crayfish butter.
